Next, I will take you to visit the Jiaze production line in December.

Our Jiaze is a set of product development, production, sales, service four dimensions of the integrated company, the main products for water purifier, pure water machine, water machine, steam engine, tea machine.

We walked into the production building under the guidance of our production line partners.

First came to the water boiler production line, when going to the welding workshop, noticed that someone outside the workshop was doing the water boiler center pipe surface cleaning.

In line with curiosity, they said that this step is to clean the welding marks on the center tube and the workpiece welding, and clean the details as much as possible within the controllable range. Ensure the safety of the material.

It turns out that the heart is every little detail in this aspect. So I raised my camera to record the moment.

Walking to the workshop is the welding of the water boiler tank, after the completion of this step, you need to do a water leakage test, and then you can put into the next process.

On the test line, all the water heaters lined up are connected to the power supply.

Confirm whether the temperature display is normal, heating full water, automatic replenishment of water, water temperature, water leakage, etc. These are the tests that each water boiler should go through. Only through layers of checks can we bring customers more assured quality.

As you can see at this moment, it is now the maximum amount of water to be discharged after the water boiler is full.

When these routine tests are complete, it's time to move on to the next step. Through parts assembly, label pasting, cleaning, packaging and other processes, the final product will be sent to various places, and then it is relayed to the network master.

When I visited the steam engine production line, I found that the several steam engines in front of me had an automatic and timed process of ejecting steam.

Production line partners explained that this is the limit test, through the simulation analysis of the ability of the product to withstand the external environment, combined with data can effectively evaluate the reliability of the product and monitor the consistency of the product line.

This is the test steam engine continuous operation, automatic steam injection, used to check the life of the machine and key components.

Then we follow the footsteps of production line partners to approach the tea brewing machine test line.

Before this step, the equipment will go through a variety of processes such as cutting, bending and welding. After the tea brewing unit is installed, a series of tests will be carried out on basic functions, heating performance, safety performance, etc.

We stayed and watched for a while, and found that there were not many people on this test line.

The tester of the tea brewing machine production line explained that in order to ensure the service life of the key parts of the equipment, they arranged a number of machines to do long-term life testing.

Every day through the control program to make the tea brewing machine automatic continuous operation, heating, brewing, tea and other cycles, to ensure product life.

So you don't need to be here all the time.
