New Year's Eve is approaching, and many stores are getting ready to close. Jiaze here reminds everyone to pay attention to the cleaning and maintenance of water heaters, steam engines and other equipment before closing the shop to ensure that the business will resume smoothly after the year.

Water boiler maintenance cleaning and precautions

After the water and power are off, unscrew the top cover and cover of the water heater with a screwdriver.

Add water and scale cleaner, then leave for half an hour. After half an hour, unscrew the central pipe to drain the water, and rinse the water tank 1-2 times repeatedly to avoid the retention of detergent.

Screw the center pipe attention

Note one:

We should face the machine, and try to hold the center tube below the position near the root (the more the root is better), and rotate the center tube counterclockwise.

Do not hold the top of the center tube, and do not use tools such as vise to forcibly twist the center tube.

Note two:

If it is not possible to twist, we can use rubber or leather gloves to increase the friction between the hand and the center tube. (When screwing, try to screw in the vertical direction, do not break the center tube because it is inconvenient to screw)

Re-screw the center pipe after the water is drained. Wipe the inside of the water boiler with a towel. The upper and lower water level probe must be wiped. Otherwise, water intake and temperature sensitivity may be affected.

Finally reinstall the top cover and cover plate.

Steam engine maintenance and cleaning and precautions

The equipment first needs to discharge the steam and wait for the pressure gauge to drop to 0 before cutting off the water and power. (Machine cooled to room temperature and no jet nozzle)

Unscrew the top cover. The pressure relief valve ball is in the falling state, indicating that the gas has been discharged.

Open the safety valve with an adjustable wrench (the safety valve can be removed with a towel to prevent burns.)

Make a simple funnel of paper and insert it into the safety valve and pour 100 grams of detergent. Reinstall the safety valve.

Then turn on and run for one hour, during which there is no operation.

After one hour, continue to relieve the pressure and exhaust gas, and wait for the pressure gauge to return to zero.

Then open the equipment blowdown valve for blowdown. If it is not cleaned or still has odor, it can be cleaned several times.

Finish the equipment cleaning and maintenance work before the year, and prepare for the smooth operation of the store after the year.
