At the beginning of 23 years, let us enter the production line of pure water machine to understand what the story behind the product is.

As one of the water purification equipment of Jiaze, the pure water machine not only has its own qualifications such as water-related approvals, but also adopts scientific standards and methods to strictly check the production factors of the production site in the daily production process for site management.

After completing these three steps, you can enter the production line and start the work of the day.

We move to the first process of the pure water machine production line: the assembly of semi-finished parts.

Prepare the required accessories in advance and fix them on the laminates successively, and then assemble them into the equipment. Of course, this step also includes the assembly of motherboard, pressure gauge and other accessories.

For each step of the installation requirements, we have a complete set of paper sop to ensure the normalization of the operation steps.

Along the production line, followed by equipment wiring and pipeline connection.

The thread should not be exposed or loose. The pipe cuts must be smooth, and the connection between the pipe and the adapter must be tightly fastened to...... These are the basic considerations and requirements.

During the tour, the managers of the middle line also showed us several forms. She told us that the equipment needs to be tested after each step, and the project leader will sign to confirm that everything is normal after passing the test.

This SOP inspection flow sheet will follow the equipment from the first step of the machine to the completion of assembly. Do the whole process meticulously, carefully take every step.

A tall building starts from the ground up, and everything needs to be done in order.

The camera follows the footsteps of production line partners, and we come to the testing link, which is an indispensable step for all equipment before leaving the factory.

The test line of the pure water machine is also a standard process, first power to test whether the function of the electrical part is normal, and then turn off the power, water to eliminate excess air in the equipment.

After starting the device again, the pressure barrel and the water outlet valve of the purified water will be closed in the water making state for pressure holding test to observe whether there is water seepage in the pipeline. This ensures that the equipment can be used normally in the hands of customers.

This part of the process is completed only when the project leader signs after the test is qualified.

Then it's packing.

In this part of packaging, we will assemble the membrane shell of the filter bottle, prepare the accessory bag, and attach the equipment label. The work content is slightly more complicated, need to pay attention to details, can not be omitted.

Although these steps are quite familiar, the production line partners also repeatedly confirm the number of parts in the process, and only after they are correct will they put on plastic film and carton.

The final step of the equipment will be shipped to all parts of the country, of course, in order to ensure that the products can be delivered smoothly, we also take into account the safety issues in the transportation process.

In order to prevent water seepage in the water purifier or pipeline, when the water purifier is not used at night or for a long time, it is recommended that you close the tap water supply Angle valve of the water purifier or the main switch of the water pipe to stop the water purifier.

When the temperature is lower than 0 ° C, stop using the water purifier. In addition to the measures described in Article 1, it is recommended to take temperature insulation and anti-freezing measures for the pipes and filter elements of the water purifier.

Suitable amount of cotton, hemp fabric or other special insulation materials can be used to wrap pipes and water purifiers for insulation. If there is no anti-freezing measures, it may lead to freezing cracks in the filter bottle, membrane shell, etc.

When the temperature is low at night, you can slightly turn the tap to keep the flow state, so that the water is not easy to freeze in the pipeline and prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking. (Dripping water can be collected centrally to save water)

If the water purifier has frozen, please close the water inlet valve immediately and stop using it temporarily. Do not force it to start or boil water. Wait for the machine to thaw for 48 hours before you can continue to turn on and use it. If there is leakage phenomenon can contact after-sales solution.
